Overview
Most web browsers include a feature to block pop-up windows. While this may eliminate unwanted or bothersome pop-up windows, the feature sometimes can impede the functionality of legitimate or useful websites.
Chrome
- Open Chrome.

- At the top right, click More Settings.

- Click Advanced and Privacy and security.

- Click Site settings.

- Click Pop-ups and redirects.

- At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.

Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer.

- Select the Tools option in the top left corner, expand Pop-up Blocker, and select Turn off Pop-up Blocker.
Firefox
- Open Firefox.

- Click the menu icon (top right) to open the Firefox menu.
- Click Options.

- Click the Privacy & Security option on the left.

- Scroll down to Permissions.

- Uncheck Block pop-up windows.

Safari
- Open Safari.

- Select Safari Preferences.

- Select on Websites at the top of the window.

- Select Pop-up Windows on the left side.

- Use the When visiting other websites drop-down menu to Allow.
